Personal data processing policy

Revision of 22 September 2026. This document explains what visitor data furailab.com processes, on what grounds, and how to control it.

1. Scope

This Policy sets out how personal data of furailab.com visitors is processed and protected. It is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, under which the operator is registered.
It applies to furailab.com and all of its sections, in both the Russian and English versions.
By continuing to use the site and contacting us through the channels listed on it, you confirm that you have read this Policy and accept the processing terms described here.

The data operator is Sole proprietor Zarif Z. Mingaziev, TIN 720301320599, State registration number 326723200054627, Tyumen, Russia.

Data you provide yourself when contacting us via Telegram, WhatsApp Business or email: your name or handle, phone number or account identifier, email address, the content of the correspondence and anything else you choose to share.
Technical data your browser sends automatically when loading pages: IP address, browser and operating system type and version, interface language, referring page, request date and time, and the page addresses requested.
Data stored in your own browser: your consent banner choice (key furai-consent). It stays on your device and is never sent to the operator's servers.
The site has no contact forms and no sign-up. Special categories of personal data and biometric data are not processed.

Replying to your message and discussing the task and terms of work.
Entering into and performing a development contract, including settlements under it.
Keeping the site working, available and secure, and protecting it from abuse.
Meeting statutory requirements, including tax and accounting obligations.

Consent of the data subject (art. 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ), given by an affirmative action: pressing “Accept” in the banner or sending us a message.
Performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (art. 6(1)(5) of 152-FZ).
Compliance with obligations imposed on the operator by law (art. 6(1)(2) of 152-FZ).

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and as of this revision it loads no third-party web analytics.
Only the on-device storage listed in section 3 is used: it remembers your theme and your banner choice.
You can change that choice at any time — with the button at the end of this page, or by clearing site data in your browser settings.

Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting, content delivery and attack protection; processes technical request data on servers outside Russia.
Google LLC — web font delivery from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com; loading the fonts transmits your device's IP address.
Telegram Messenger and WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — only if you chose that channel yourself; the correspondence is handled on those services' own terms.
State authorities — only to the extent and in the cases directly provided for by law.
Personal data is never sold, never shared with third parties for advertising, and never used for automated decision-making with legal effects.

Correspondence — for as long as needed to reply and to carry out the project, and no longer than three years from the last contact unless the law sets a different period.
Contract documents — for the periods set by tax and accounting legislation.
Infrastructure logs — for the retention period set by the infrastructure provider.
On withdrawal of consent, data is destroyed within 30 days, except where the law requires the operator to keep it longer.

You may obtain information about the processing of your personal data and require it to be corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or unlawfully obtained (art. 14 of 152-FZ).
You may withdraw your consent to processing at any time.
You may appeal the operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.
Send requests to [email protected]; you will receive a reply within 30 days of receipt.

To withdraw consent, email [email protected] with the subject “Withdrawal of consent” and the contact details you used to reach us.
Processing stops on withdrawal, except where the law permits it to continue without the subject's consent.

The site is served over HTTPS only, with a content security policy and other protective headers in place.
Access to correspondence and documents is limited to the people who need it for the enquiry or the contract.
The operator keeps no visitor personal data databases on the site and collects nothing through forms.

The operator may amend this Policy. The current revision is always available at furailab.com/en/privacy/, with the revision date shown at the top.
Material changes trigger a fresh consent request on your next visit.
