We build websites & digital products

An independent design and development studio.

FURAI LAB builds websites, online stores and internal tools end to end: design, markup, backend, infrastructure, SEO and launch. We work remotely and run projects in Russian and English. We put AI in where it solves the problem, not to have a line about it in a deck. If a site already runs on an off-the-shelf platform, we keep working on it there.

The portfolio is only part of our work – enough to show what the studio does: a real-estate site with a client-run admin panel, a guest-house site with online booking, an online store and an AI assistant with long-term memory. All of them are live, and each one has technical documentation.

Most property sites sell numbers. This one sells a way of living.

Space, architecture and atmosphere come first. Large full-screen photographs let a visitor stop searching for a property and picture themselves in it straight away.

A minimalist interface strips away everything extra and leaves the main thing at the centre – the property itself.

Behind the visually calm shell runs a full catalogue with search and filters, plus a custom admin panel: the agent adds and edits listings herself, without a developer.

Enquiries from the site go straight to WhatsApp and Telegram, keeping the path from viewing a property to contacting the agent short.

Anna-Maria

adlanna-maria.ru

A guest house on the seafront in Sirius, Sochi. A guest by the sea wants two things: to see the sea, and to know straight away whether a room is free on their dates.

So the site opens with the sea and a date picker. Free rooms and prices come from the booking system in real time, and the booking and prepayment go straight to the guest house – no middlemen.

Five room categories, each with its own page and a side-by-side comparison, a gallery you swipe through with a finger, location, guest reviews and excursions.

The old site ran on Tilda – the new one is the owner’s own: fast, and theirs outright.

19 direct bookings through the site in the first three weeks after launch – no aggregator commission.

Logo, icons, photography, an information leaflet for guests, design and code – FURAI LAB.

Kokoc Store

kokoc.store

We were handed a single AI-generated image and told: “Make a store out of this.”

We kept the mood and built a whole world around it: refined the cat at the heart of it, cleaned up the interface and built a working store for Crocs, Jibbitz and Adidas Originals – with a catalogue, cart, reviews and a mini-game that gives out a promo code.

Design, code and support – FURAI LAB.

FURAI AI

An AI assistant with long-term memory: it remembers the visitor and picks the conversation up where it stopped – on any device, with an account. Presented as a cinematic terminal with its own storyline; paid access tiers are wired in directly, with no payment processor in between.

A site has to be found, and it has to open at once. So search optimisation and speed are part of every project from day one, not something left for later.

You get found

Pages are marked up the way Google and Yandex expect, so search engines see every section and show the site properly in results.

The site opens at once

Light images, fonts that do not make the layout jump, pages that arrive ready from the server. Visitors do not wait, and do not leave for a competitor.

Two languages, two full versions

Each language version has its own address, and search engines index both. A Russian-speaking client finds the Russian page, an international one the English.

You can see what is happening

We connect Google Search Console and Yandex Webmaster from day one: you see which queries bring people in and which pages are indexed.

Technology should feel calm.

a framework only where it earns its place speed is a requirement, not a late optimisation scope and deadlines fixed before work starts clean underneath, not just on screen
